2.0s Ring Pop and Chicken Fight.

Moseyed to the opening of Blanket Creeks Parking Lot to start with some 21’s as a warm up.  Got through 3 rounds and Tenderloin got real tender in his feelings and said ‘F it, I am going to get a beatdown in’ and took off up the hill.  Never seen that happen before but I guess there is a first time for everything.

After one more round, we got it all right and moseyed the rest of the way up to the killer hill at Falls of Cherokee.

We did 4 rds of suicides up the hill.

First stop was at the end of the brick wall.  We did 10 JLOs and 20 Alternating Shoulder Taps

Headed back do the hill.  Up to the first stop, back down the hill and up to the second stop which was at the first mailbox.  We did 30 Monkey Humpers and 40 LBCs.

Back down to the first stop and did the first exercises and the all back to the bottom.

Headed back up the hill, to the first stop and back down, then to the second stop, and then down, and to the third stop which was the cross street, street sign and did 50 SSH and a 60 second plank hold.

Headed back to the 2nd stop and did the exercises, to the first stop, did the exercises, and the back to the bottom.

Last round up the first and back, second and back, third and back, and at the fourth, we 70 Knee Taps and 80 Sun Gods. Back to the third and did the exercises, back to the second and did the exercise and then we ran all back to the top of the hill and then finally back to the first stop and did the exercises and moseyed on back to the flag.
