Great morning for a ride! Started with an intentional mosey this time to warm up, then ventured into first steep hill through subdivision.  Put in several more miles then the suck began. Conquered some small mtns then started the trip back, including a 42mph roll down previous mtn (my heavy butt anyway ????).

On the way back overachievers @Slow Burn and @Yard Sale went on special sucky assignment especially for them (while the rest of us finished with bike curls and overheads), to which @Slow Burn added a brief aerial dismount with nice battle scar to show for it.

COT:

Continue to pray for all those going through struggles, physical, mental, relational and others. Pray that we all demonstrate God’s presence in our lives and love on and uplift those around us.
