Took a page from E-Tool and warm-a-rama was simply gas station ready stuff. Ran from parking lot to top of Mt Killamylunga and did 20 bigboys on our own. ran to the bottom, 20 starjumps on our own. 21’s consisted of merkins on the bottom (staring with 1) and 4 count american hammers at the top of the hill, because life is short, make it sweaty. Everyone crushed it, regardless of my efforts… these old guys are tougher than i thought, and i have much to learn from them
