5;00 Am on a Sunday is never easy but when its trail day and its raining its even harder.  The OG plan was to run the Avalanche trail but we decided to run the gravel roads at Rope Mill instead which are great places to get in some decent elevation gain.  With only 3 of us we ran together and did an impromptu route which included 3 very long hill climbs.   We had some great conversation about a range of topics before ending the run and driving over to DD on TL to talk more about starting a F3 fishing group and fly fishing.  Mudscapes and False Casting were some of taglines from our discussions.  Thanks Exile for coming up with that.
