Ever have an idea that sounds really good as an idea and not quite as good in execution?  At The Colosseum, we refer to that as a High Dive Q.

Quick warm-a-Rama to get the blood flowing (SSH, Weedpickers, Copperhead Squats, etc.)

The Thang:

First, navigate through the woods to the super secret coupon hiding spot while praying that the only copperhead we see today is the one from warm-a-Rama.

Next, carry the coupons over to the bottom of “the hill” at The Colosseum.

YHC demonstrated Murder Bunnies for those PAX unfamiliar with IronPAX 2020 and laid out the plan:

• Murder Bunnies all the way up the hill (with an eye out for fresh poop), 5 man makers at the top, Murder Bunnies all the way back down, 5 man makers at the bottom
• Bear crawls all the way up the hill (with even more focused eye out for fresh poop), 5 Bonnie Blairs at the top, bear crawls back down the hill, 5 Bonnie Blairs at the bottom
• Run up the hill (don’t worry about the poop on this one; it’s just your shoes), 5 Mike Tysons at the top, run back down the hill, 5 Mike Tysons at the bottom
• Pick up the 6

Side note: pretty sure YHC heard Careless Whisper say something along the lines of “I gonna Murder Bunny you” during my explanation.  But I’m probably mistaken.  More likely he said “I love you and I love Murder Bunnies.  The only thing that would make me happier right now is if the hill was a little steeper and my coupon was a little heavier.”

Once we finished that, we headed back to the super secret hiding spot and knocked out a ring of fire where everyone did some curls for the girls together while each PAX took a turn doing 5 burpees (except for JoyCon who broke his coupon and did a few extras – by the way, he’s 12!!!).

Hid the coupons and headed back to the flag for 5 minutes of Mary.  Since a few of our regulars were mysteriously out today, I saved the T-Bombs for their return.

When I got home, I did a little research on “the hill”.  Why?  Because, it turns out, Murder Bunnies up a 9-10% grade for 250+ yards really sucks, and it takes awhile.  And bear crawls down that same grace can literally cause your fingertips to pop through your gloves.  Who knew?  Seems like the kind of thing someone would have looked into ahead of time.
