Take on the Killer B’s Routine from Iron Pax ’19 but with a cinderblock coupon. Pax line up at the start. Murder Bunny 10 yards then: 10 Man Makers, 10 Lunges w/coupon, 10 BBS w/coupon. Repeat til 30 yard line. Once complete: Bear Crawl + Coupon Drag back to starting line. Rinse and Repeat the whole thing.

Did a nice little mosey to grap coupons and good WAR to get the legs warmed up. Didn’t help though cause of Sunday as YHC is typing this, the quads are still on fire.

TAP’s:

Lots of heavy emotions from the PAX today. Sharapova and his M were getting a visit from the hospital nurse that very day. For those not aware, Sharapova’s M (Amy) was diagnosed with liver cancer almost 2 years ago. It seems that their journey is coming to an end in the coming days. We pray for comfort, peace, and strength as Amy leaves behind Doug (Sharapova) and their 2 kids, Ella and Aiden.
