starting from the bottom of the hill we started with a Redrum routine:

after 2 rounds we rifle carried into one of the ball fields to the third base line.

completed 1.5 around of The Hightower started from third base, bear crawled from third >home> first, the 6 went to Home plate to complete 5 hurpees, from first through to third walking lunges. dropped the hurpees count to 2, from third through first broad jumps. complete an Indian run back to third base.

got our coupons back and started on set of murder hornets: murder bunny from third to home base, at home base complete 10 man makers, 10 in place lunges with coupon, 10 BBS with coupon, from home to first repeated, and as the group waited on YHC they completed a couple round of 4×4.

rifle carry from first base to the coupon hiding spot, a walking count of 10 out of the grass and then a fast mosey back to the flag.

finish out with 12 crunchy frogs IC, 12 American hammers IC, 12 Rosalita.

COT: prayers for Doddy’s parents, both currently dealing with COVID but seem to be getting better, employee been in the hospital for almost a month with COVID. someone who connected to Nesquik somehow (YHC can’t remember the connection), their mother had a stroke.

Nesquik and Jackalope are awesome to be around, the mumble that comes from them being at the same BD is increased 10x. Jackalope got too tired and didn’t like the size of his coupon he was having to do during murder bunnies so he broke it so his coupon could be lighter. <- just giving Jackalope a hard time!
