Murder Mile

• One mile loop (from FD to Governors Gun Club and back)
• when a car passes, drop and do 10 merkins/derkins
• swapped for LBCs on the way back

Plank and Deliver

• 3 stations- squats, Tom Poe over the bike racks, holding plank
• the man holding plank has to recite/sing/answer what the other Pax ask- highlights from this morning: I’m a little teapot, Jesus Loves Me, embarrassing moments, F3 principles, pledge to the flag
• once the song/recital/answer is complete- rotate stations and repeat

Wrapped up with some Freddie Mercury until time.
