Starting from the bottom of the “hill” we started with a Redrum routine:

completed 2 rounds of The Hightower around the parking lot bear crawled, the 6 went to Home plate to complete 5 hurpees then take the lead, got more than half way around the lot and transitioned to walking lunges, after our first full rotation transitioned to broad jumps. complete an Indian run around twice.

got our coupons back and started on set of murder hornets: 10 murder bunny then 10 in place lunges with coupon, 10 BBS with coupon, 10 man makers, 3 rounds of murder hornets. Once all three rounds were completed a set of 10 4×4.
