Getting our Murph Prep on!

goal of today was to become stronger in all the right places in an effort to handle a Murph sometime during 2021.

Mosey from the flag down to lower lot.
Warmup with SSH, windmill, weed picker, Phelps and arm circles.

Thang:

Run 1 lap of your ability level

5 bent over row, each arm

5 merkins

5 squats

Rinse/Repeat adding 5 reps each round. We finished somewhere between round 7-8.

COT: Charmin was 6 man and poured out some feels on us, prayers for Ts whole family during these times, Hustlers wife and some unspoken.

Glad today happened even with the threat of ice. Thankful for the men who got out and beat the fart sack and excuses to better themselves and push their body.
