This morning I didn’t have a lot of time to plan in advance and so I went for a slightly -modified tried and true favorite.
Run between stations, roughly 50 yards apart. List of exercises posted at each station.
After completing station 1 run to station 2.
After completing station 2, return to the 1st station and complete 1 then run to and complete 2 before moving on to 3.
Continue in this fashion returning to the beginning of the escalator after each new station.
Station 1: 5 Burpees
Station 2: 5 Burpees + 5 Star Jumps
Station 3: 5 Burpees + 5 Star Jumps + 10 merkins
Station 4: 5 Burpees + 5 Star Jumps + 10 merkins + 15 Crunches
Station 5: 5 Burpees + 5 Star Jumps + 10 merkins + 15 Crunches + 20 Carolina Dry Docks
Station 6: 5 Burpees + 5 Star Jumps + 10 merkins + 15 Crunches + 20 Carolina Dry Docks + 25 Squats
To be clear, this is how the menu shapes up:
Station 1
Station 1 + Station 2
Station 1 + Station 2 + Station 3
Station 1 + Station 2 + Station 3 + Station 4
Station 1 + Station 2 + Station 3 + Station 4 + Station 5
Station 1 + Station 2 + Station 3 + Station 4 + Station 5 + Station 6
TOTAL:
100 burpees
75 star jumps
100 merkins
90 crunches
60 carolina dry docks
25 squats
run ~4/5 of a mile
On this particular morning YHC decided to try to keep the PAX in roughly the same area and consequently had the stations progress in a zig-zag fashion. Am convinced this is preferable over having just a string-line of stations so that PAX can mumblechatter and encourage each other throughout the beatdown. In the string-line format the PAX is much more prone to be isolated. Also big thank you to @lizard king for bringing the tunes!
We moseyed to the flag just in time for a full round of Silverados.
I was 6th man and yammered a good bit about whatever came to my (oxygen-deprived) mind but also was able to share a micro version of the Gospel.

Prayers for Sgt. Slaughter enlarged heart and the recent update that he must take a break from working out.
Praise for my MIL and husband moving to GA successfully
Reminder that 1 Thessalonians 5:17 calls on us to pray continually.

Was great to meet Clickbait, he took off like a shot and held the front of the beat down for the duration. Hope to post with him lots more.
Foosball was an enduring champ, holding fast through the duration in spite of some injury. Even blessed us with some singing toward the end! Makes me think we should bring more singing into things at F3, especially for the singers like him.
Silverado recently had his 69th birthday. Those of us who get to share beat downs with him are especially blessed.
Love you guys and looking forward to more early morning shenanigans in the gloom!
