INTRO:

YHC was curious about how many miles of paved road there was in Woodmont, with thoughts of CSAUP event where all the asphalt would be covered. When Aquaman posted it was almost 40 miles of asphalt and a lot of elevation, this CSAUP will have to wait until another day. But..what if we covered areas of Woodmont that rarely get seen??? Bad idea!

WARM-O-RAMA:

Warm-O-Rama?

THE THANG:

We had two groups. One group would run to Greyfield Drive and take rights once there! The 2nd Group would go with Kilo and walk the Cart Lanes of the golf course! YHC was with the Greyfield group and it was basically up hill the entire way. Not sure how Aquaman and Doubtfire have any brakes left on their cars. Yogi, Misty, Duggar, YHC and Bloodhound managed to survive Greyfield and headed back to flag just in time as the Kilo Gang of Kilo, Harp, and Chitwood arrived.

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

We discussed upcoming events, School of Ruck, Lucky Charm’s Weekend madness, Christmas Ruck and the postponement of the 10Y Anniversary. We prayed for Duggar’s family, Red Hat’s family and for our community.

NAKED-MOLE SKIN:

No better way to warm up on a cold morning than go for a run with a great group of HIMs. I am glad that Duggar called me out about the Pre-Run and it was a great way to start the day. Duggar continues to motivate us all as he continues working toward that 10 min/mile barrier. He continues to take the Bloodhound punishment. I think Bloodhound is pretty pleased with the progress of his Duggar. Misty continues to be a beast and does not seem to ever get tired, even after the pre-runs. Thanks for looping back a few times to help pace YHC! Yogi, after breaking his collar bone (probably fighting a Bear) and being away for a few weeks, has not missed a step as he hit the after burners a took off up Gaddis to the flag! Great to see Harp backout in the Gloom. Kilo is now a Regular and Chitwood continues to work back from his injury. Always good when Chitwood is at a beatdown!  As always, great time this morning and no plans to return to Greyfield anytime soon! I gotta get to work!! Rest Stop out!
