The Thang.

Part 1.  Bearway to Heaven!  It’s in the Exicon so it must be great.  Suicides with bear crawling and burpees for the full 8:01 of Stairway to Heaven.  Bear crawl 2 parking lot spaces, do 7 burpees and bear crawl back.  Then bear crawl 4 parking lot spaces and do 6 burpees and bear crawl back.  Add two parking lot spaces and subtract a burpee each time.  YHC modified on the fly to max the parking lot spaces at 6 b/c everyone was loving it too much.  If your BD doesn’t start with Bearway to Heaven what are you even doing?

Part 2.  All about the Benjamins.  It’s in the Exicon.  25 curls with coupon, 25 side hop things I don’t know what to call, 25 squats, 25 side hops back.  Then Al Gore on the 6.  Because it’s Presidents Day!  25 overhead press with coupon, 25 walk lunges, 25 mountain climbers, 25 walk lunges back.  25 bent over rows with coupon, 25 side hops things, 25 bobbie hurlies, 25 side hope things back.  25 Louganis (don’t hit your head), 25 walk lunges, 25 Apollo Onos aka speak skater dealeos, 25 walk lunges back.  Were supposed to do 25 lion kings, side hopes, and weezy jeffersons but had to cut it short for time so we didn’t miss out on part 3 . . . .

Part 3.  Duck Jousts!!  It’s in the Exicon.  While duck walking try to knock each other over.  Last duck walking wins.  Arms have to stay across the chest but you can kick if you can do it.  We got through 2 rounds.  YHC expected this to go quickly but it was surprisingly hard to knock each other over.  YHC and the other PAX may or may not have been using perfect duck walk form.  A great time was had by all.

Mosey back to the flag for one round of Weezy Jeffersons since we missed them in part 2.  Because its Presidents Day!
