COT:   Announcements were made about Forever Fed food unloading needs.  Barbosa was the 6th man and told us about his F3 journey to date and also shared the awesome work his 2.0 PegLeg did with Tedtalk and props to Lexi for the pro video work!  Prayers for YHC’s sister, for all during the holidays and for any prayers not mentioned.

NMM:  Had a great turn out this AM of Ruckers and Runners at the V! BradPitt was the StartEx watch keeper and was on the money with the start call.  BradyBunch took on the task of leading the Ruckers, while YHC and BradPitt headed out with the Runners.  YHC’s goal was to have Ruckers and Runners cross paths once or twice and for the Ruckers and the Runners to hit at least the visual edge of two trails, GreenPrints and Rube’s Creek Trail.  Both could have been accessed, but with the risk of a criminal trespass charge, YHC decided to keep the PAX on the public terrain and to both share and make up some history along the routes.

We had a mixed tour of DTW and the surrounding area and YHC also got the cliff notes version of Saluki’s recent sermons on Isaiah.  We did start the conversation about his mustache, but eventually we got into other sacred topics.

In keeping with a historical theme on the route, YHC had to point out where Bob the Turkey is buried in DTW, (post being exhumed and all..)  Ask Chancellor about this story sometime if you are curious.

YHC was just getting almost running out of time for the end of the run, but did have a few moments to spare to join the gazelles who had already started some dips in DTW.  We had to get the Dips in!

Too many great PAX out this morning to provide play by play on all, but thanks to those who helped lead, thanks to LizardKing for the Coffee and thanks to Lexi for being a “by the book” site Q, (We forgot the 6th man!)  Appropriate call out there!

Good to see LifeBoat out there again!  Safe Travels.   If you read this far and are open this Friday, 12/18, YHC has the Q at the BlackTop at 5am.  Only thing I can confirm here is there will be dips.  Maybe even a “Dip Off”.   I hear Maaco will be there too but he will not be in charge, so you may want to come out.
