WARMUP: Quick jog, standard stuff, nothing fancy
THE THANG: Didn’t have anything planned since I was a fill in Q, but it worked out. Did 2 rounds of BLIMPS with 2 laps around the park mixed in. Hit the benches for some random dips, incline merkins, derkins, step ups and split leg squats. 1 lap Indian run around the track.
MARY: Since Westside showed up, we let him lead us in about 5 minutes of Mary, again, nothing fancy.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Couple ruck events coming up, 2.0 Q at Chatterbox this Saturday.
COT: Ended with a quick prayer and little extra F3 explanation for Clueless since this was his first beatdown (FNG at Convergence).
