Warm-up

We moseyed down to the bottom of the hill in the back of the school then circled up for a few IC SSH, Weed Pickers, and Imperial Walkers.

The Thang

Starting a the bottom of the hill we knocked out 1 Burpee, 2 Swings, & 3 Press then ran to the top of the hill.  When we returned, we did 2x everything, then ran to the top of the hill.  Round 3, 3x everything then run to the top of the hill.  We continued this happy little trend until we all reached 10x.  Once EVERYONE was done we moseyed to the top of the hill with our bell and circled up for a little Mary and a partial round of Colt 45’s.
