Rando-Rama

It started with a fart sack from the Q and ended in a COT.  Twas a beautiful thang.
While rubberneck decided to miss 17 alarms, the rest of the pax wanted to play. YHC decided to start off with a mosey and led Warm-a-Rama which consisted of SSH, CHMerkins, CHSquats and MPhelps OYO.  We moseyed back to the field for some 11’s with Burpees and Mike Almonds. (Tysons) Meanwhile, Rubberneck hit his 4th snooze alarm. Blue Light took over and we did some failures on the ledges. Merkins, Big boys, LBC’s and dips. Once he was done, Icy hot went patriotic on our @sses and did ascending 4 corners with Never Surrenders, knuckle ups, American hammers and WW2 sit-ups. Rubberneck did move at this point, but only because he had saturated one side of the pillow with drool. Rat Tail took the tail end (get it?) and led us around the path with crab walks, bear crawls and some other crap that I forgot. Ended with some boot to the wall nonsense where YHC had an incognito gas release. COT followed with prayers for Rat Tail and for Stopwatch and a bit of cold coffeteria. Pax pulled off a wonderful rando-Rama.  Well done! All in all, a good morning. Is rubberneck awake yet?
