The time was 4:30am in the freezing Gloom.  Bonilla, Hopper and Gut Check fought off Mr. Sandman and the Fartsack to meet for an hour long Pre-Ruck through Historic Downtown Canton.  Along the way we met a friend sitting lonely at the bus stop. Gut Check, representing F3 to its fullest, offered the gentleman a warm pair of gloves when he noticed his hands visibly cold.  After a solid 3 mile ruck we paused at the Gazebo to await our other brothers to kick off the Rattlesnake.  Gut Check quickly darted off to take the Browns to the SuperBowl.

Promptly at 5:30am the 7 of us embarked on a 2.5 mile journey that included two sandbags.  The first 40lb and the 2nd 20lbs.  Surely said “out of my way men!!” as he bravely grabbed the big sandbag.  Throughout the journey we shared in the suck of carrying each grain of painful sand switching every half mile.  I underestimated this group of Grizzly gents as we navigated thorough downtown Canton faster than expected.  We ended with a couple exercises that included Ruck on Squats and 100+yards of 30lb Ruck lunges.

We finished up the morning at the Central Park Gazebo where we celebrated our successful adventure with a good ole fashion COT.  Gut Check gracious blessed us in prayer where we asked the Lord to look over our children’s safe return to school, the health of our fellow brothers Hooch and Hombre (& Family), to look over our state and country, among other things.

Overall it was a kick a$$ morning.
