2 Showed up for a balmy 42 degrees workout. Warmed up with a jog around the parking lot with some Sidestraddle hops, weed pickers, and the Michael Phelps things. Grabbed the coupons and did 15 overhead presses, curls, bench presses, LBC’s, and Merkins. Jogged then spinted the parking lot. Then 14 of each with jogging and sprinting the parking lot. Rinse and repeat till the buzzer.
