Despite a few members having met at this AO/weekday since Shield Lock went into effect, this was the official launch of the J.  The goal is to offer another long, midweek run to complement the Flying V (Tuesday running AO) and Redline (Sunday running AO).

We started promptly at 5:15 and headed down the Towne Lake Trail until it dumps out onto Towne Lake Hills Dr.  We turned left and went up the hill towards and around Woodstock HS before returning to the Towne Lake trail head.  This took us all the way back to the bridge where we connected with the Noonday Creek trail.  We took the Noonday Creek trail to Hwy 92, then took a left on 92 to Main Street, left on Main Street back to Canyons.  Faster folks were able to get some additional laps inside the village.  The base route was 6.7 miles.  The J ends at 6:15, so one hour.

Narco brought some delicious doughnuts.   Good start.
