The following is based on notes I left for myself.
There wasn’t much information once again on the exercised themselves, what I do remember was how the beat-down went. It went by much quicker and with less friction, I think I do enjoy being the Q. Everyone did mention that their arms were going to be sore afterwards. I also at played music during this beat down, it was different experience.
*Future me: This is a trend that later inspired some experimentation for some memorable beat-downs later.
I requested cinder-blocks from one of the PAX, since I have never had to do physical labor in terms of construction as a kid, today I learned the difference between cinder blocks and bricks. I ran with it anyways. I synced the exercises with the bricks to the song I chose. Originally I chose a song that was a bit explicit, but changed it to stairway to heaven. Since I typically don’t listen to explicit music with a few exceptions, it felt like this song fit better.
**Future me: I accidentally played an explicit song in a recent beat-down.
If I had used cinder blocks, I think the beat down would have felt more complete. I did like using the bricks for American Hammers where you pass the bricks around, I think cinder blocks will be interesting to try with that one.
**Future me: That also inspired a bunch of future beat-downs, that exercise has become a staple for my work outs.
Overall great improvements.
