Warmup:
- extensive stretching with some yoga extras to loosen the hips and shoulders
Part A:
- Line up on parking space, bear crawl to next space, do 1 Carolina Dry Dock, do thread-the-needle on right shoulder, then thread the needle on the left shoulder
- Rinse and repeat adding additional Dry Dock for 8 parking spaces
Part B:
- Line up on parking space, lunge walk to next space, do runners stretch on left side with arm reaching to the sky, do runners stretch on the right side with arm reaching to the sky
- Rinse and repeat for 12 parking spaces
Part C: (Jed WOD)
- On parking space line, do 1 get up with block, do 2 ground-to-overheads with block, do 3 squats with block
- Rinse and repeat for 20 parking spaces
Part D: 11’s
- Curlz for the girls with block on one side, triceps extensions with block on the other side
- Mode of transporation was rifle carry one way and farmer’s carry on the way back
- if any block was set down, 3 burpees penalty was to be done by everyone
- Happy E had his boys sabotage us and make us do burpees multiple times!
Part E: Partner up
4 rounds of the following:
- 10 merkins touching the block in the middle in I-go-you-go pattern
- 10 squats with block in I-go-you-go pattern
- 10 big boys with block in I-go-you-go pattern
- 10 inchworms touch the block in the middle in I-go-you-go pattern
- Run 20 parking spaces and then come back
Ended with more stretching
-Great group that worked hard on this workout!! YHC overplanned and thought more than enough was there, but YHC also thought it was a 45 min workout. Luckily there was enough work to fully fill the hour, and fun was had by all for the whole time! 🙂
