Warm-up

We did a slow (very slow) mosey to the back parking lot and circled up for IC Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers, and Windmills

The Thang

Pretty simple.  We did 11’s.  Long 11’s around the island in the back to the school with Burpees at one end (starting at 1) and Squats at the other (starting at 10).  Every time you crossed over the crosswalk you had to drop and do +1 Big Boy Sit-up (adding up to 10 by the end).  We all finished (so earlier than others) and made it back to the flag just in time for the workout to be over.

Great work this morning men.  It’s awesome to see some new consistent faces showing up to the castle.  I will be back, but it will be a pretty good while, continue to defend the castle while I am gone.
