Our “track” for this morning was 4 light posts in a square(prob 1/4 mile or a little under). PAX paired up. They would ruck in opposite directions, once they meet, they’re to do 20 merkins together, then continue on their route, next time they meet, 20 squats, next time, 20 high pulls, next time 20 curls. Proper form encouraged. We got 4 complete sets in. About 2 minutes of mary.
Naked Man Moleskin…
This was YHC’s first time Q at Broadway. Great to see Brad Pitt giving advice on proper form. I was surprised I was able to get 80 merkins in with the ruck on(although on my knees for 70 of them, still hard). The curls started burning nicely. The men pushed through together.
