Today was my VQ… or maybe just my VQ again. It’s been a year since ht efirst time I’ve Q’d so I wanted to revisit my first workout plan I made.

We started off with a mozzy around th eclosest two tennis courts and then back th ethe parking lot. Here is where we did our-

The Thang

First, we mozzeyed down to the basketball court and everyone paired up. The first person would do the excersise cumulatively while the other bear crawled to the center, lunged th esecnod half, the Bernie Sanders’d back. The excersises were:

50 Tony Hawks

150 Big Boy Sit-ups

200 Squats

300 Imperial Walkers

We continued working through hthese until-

Mozzeyed up to th enearest tennis court to play four corners. One person stood in the middle while everyone else had 10 seconds to run to any of the corners of the court. If your corner got called out you had to do 5 burpees while everyone else did 10 SSHs. We continued playing this until-

Mozzeyed back to the flag and started the-

Lt. Dan shared as six-man then we balled it up and prayed for all prayer requests mentioned.
