By the end of the workout, many gave up on YHC, but YHC didn’t give up on them.

YHC led the Pax to an Indian people run to the back stop sign and back. Circled up for the good ole’ Warm o Rama.

Beatdown basics:

Partner up

1st round AMRAP: partner 1 bear crawl around parking lot.  Every parking lot line, 1 merkin.

When partner returns, they do the following:

10 high five merkins

10 Carolina dry docks

10 big boys

2nd round, AMRAP. 1 partner inchworm around the parking lot.  2nd partner run to the school flag, 5 star jumps, then run back.

When they meet:

10 Mike Tyson’s

10 dips

10 boxcutters

Halfway through 2nd round, running out of time, switch to the following when the partners meet:

10 jump squats

10 bonnie blairs

YHC drew a blank from the exhaustion of his excellent Q and then threw out

10 sumo squats

Moseyed back to the flag to finish up with Rick Astley

– Everytime Rick Astley said “Never”, we did a burpee

– In between, High knees

Z93 interrupted Rick Astley to say it was time.
