WARMUP: Mosey up the hill, did SSH, Weed pickers, and YHC’s favorite arm warm ups
THE THANG: Mosey down to the stairs, Partnered up, one partner did specific routines to failure while partner 2 did stairs with different techniques until they returned to switch.  In between, YHC had an action movie soundtrack. If pax guessed right, 5 squats, if guessed incorrectly, 10 burpees.
