Teams of two Grinder

Grinder 1 – Pull ups & Toes to bar (50 reps). Partner ran down to road and back

After first grinder ran all the way down to opposite entrance and did suicides turning back at each light pole. At each pole you did increasing burpees. (Pax made it to pole 5)

Grinder 2 – Step back merkin. Start in merkin starting position. From there step feet back onto bench and then do merkin with feet up. step back down to complete 1 rep. (50 per team)

Suicide burpees for 3 poles (adjusted distance due to time)

Grinder 3 – 50 x factors

Moseyed back to flag and ran a lap to complete 3 miles.
