The Thang

Mosey followed by Warm-o-rama with SSHs, Weed pickers, Windmills, Michael Phelps, Imperial Walkers.

Then we carried our bells and a 50lb plate to the bottom of the paved hill. We then passed the plate (think bucket brigade) up and down the hill passing to left,  ran to end of road and back, then up and down passing to right (which we extended all the way to the end of the road and back).

After that we teamed up at the bottom of the hill.

1 partner did

• Hop up hill w no bell, walk down
• Lunges up hill with a  bell, walk down
• Farmer carry up hill and down with 2 bells

During each hill climb and return, the other partner did

• Squats with both bells
• Merkin pull-throughs with bell
• Merkins

After each team completed one hill climb and return, team ran to end of road and back. After the 3 rounds we hoofed it back to StartEx with bells and plate.

COT: prayed for our religious leaders, esp those recently mentioned in SBC report, prayed for SlumLord and his family, prayed for Paper Jam’s health issues.
