Moseyed around a minute waiting on the guys coming in hot.  SSHs.  Weedpickers.  Calf stretches for YHC.  Imperial Walkers.  Sun gods and Michael Phelps.

The Thang.

Pax Poker.  Broke up into 2 teams.  Each team drew cards and completed the exercises.  After 5 minutes teams go all in on their best hand.  Losing team does 5 burpees.  Airbud and BlueCheese did less burpees than Dr.Tron, TrainingWheelz and Bailbond but they didn’t get any of the bear craw or walking lunges cards either.
