The theme of the BD was Pax vs King Ghidorah aka Monster Zero. The Pax were challenged to defeat Monster Zero.

From the center light pole, Pax were given the following instructions.

Run up the 1st set of stairs for 20 merkins then back to the center light pole for 5 burpees. Run up the 2nd set of stairs for 20 BBS then back to center light pole for 5 burpees. Run up the 3rd set of stairs for 20 Donkey kicks then back to the light pole for 5 burpees. We repeated this in descending order from 20 reps down to 5 reps at each of the 3 stairs. The last round was 20 Mike Tysons, 20 American hammers 4 count, and 20 balls to the wall shoulder taps. We did a quick Indian run and then circled up for 4 minutes of marry.
