Wanted to get the week started off right so planned a simple BD with a little more running than YHC anticipated.

The Thang:

Thang 1:  Mosey to Etowah Main Parking Lot for 11’s – Merkins and Squats

Thang 2:  Mosey to a corner of the Football Field for a BD I stole from LizardKing!

Broke the PAX into 2 groups.  Group 1 sprinted to center of field and did an exercies then air chair for the 6, while Group 2 stayed in place and completed an exercise until Group 1 returned.  Then Flapjack.  Then mosey to next corner of field for new exercises.  Corner 1, 15 CopperHead Squats/Pickle Pounders.  Corner 2, 15 Burpess/Plank Jacks.  Corner 3, 15 lunges each leg/Pickle Pointers.  Corner 4, 15 hand release merkins/Plank Shoulder Taps.

All PAX to center for 15, IC MonkeyHumpers.  Mosey up stadium steps only to realize all the gates are locked.  Mosey back down stadium steps to Flag for COT.

COT:

6th Man was Skronk who works on the designs for the currency for over 50 countries.  Pretty cool job.  Prayers for fatherhood, family life, raising 2.0’s.  FNG was brought to F3 by Depends, named Finkle because his embarrassing story was about completely missing a field goal when he was a kicker or maybe he missed the ball all together, can’t remember.

Naked Man Moleskin:

Enjoyed being in the gloom with the men of the Apex today.  Love this AO and hope to see it continue to grow.  Great way to start my week.  Unfortunately YHC is traveling this week and won’t be able to post anywhere.  Time to work on my conversations with the fern in the hotel gyms 🙁
