YHC had to pinch hit for our originally-scheduled Q (who we hope is feeling much better). And to serve the order I pulled heavily from a BD that Tiny Tat did a good whiles back. It looked like this.

Mosey to the base of the carpool dropoff by the middle school. Perform 11s: 1 V-Up, sprint up the incline to the front of the school, 10 burpeees. Mosey down the stairs, Bernie Sanders back and then bear crawl over to the starting line. Rinse and repeat for the full cycle of 11s.

With about 7 minutes left I gave the reins to Doddy, who had us mosey back to the flag, stopping along the way to do 10 merkins and at another point 30 squats.

Perform a few minutes of Mary at the flag until TIME!
