Mosey down to the cul-de-sac at the trail entrance and do some warm-up waiting on Dufrense to body-glide his nuts before heading out.

To the bridge, x10 hanging leg lifts.

Took a left at the firepit past the creek since we hadn’t gone that way in a bit. That trail cuts into the main trail connecting Barnett to Fields.

Left at the fork and then up the trench (YHC became a local legend today) to washer junction. Explored the newish trails that loop back onto the main trail and then back across the creek heading towards the cars.

Made a stop at Big Red to do some hill sprints. One pax would do the hill and back while the other PAX SSH. Rinse/repeat with the next PAX in line. With time running out we ended up having a few go up together.

Mosey back to the cars with a sprint at the end.
