First of, YHC appreciates PAX like Tendy, Pan, and Sitch that push you to be your best and a little more.  If you are not accelerating, then you are decelerating.

Each pax got to play with my jugs for a loop.   We all did burpees.

Ran to Reformation.  Did bear crawls and apollo ohno box jumps.

Rant to the hill leading to downtown.  Modified Dora up and down the hill.

Ran back for a few more burpees.

My jugs really burned up the grip and delts.

Tendy and Pan lead the running.

Sitch crushed the jug carry.

YHC just tried to keep up.
