Started on time, Mosey around the amphitheater. Circle up on grass in front of stage for Imperial Walkers, Weedpickers, Sun gods.

The Thing

YHC explained the rules for poker using the F3 Beatdown card deck. Split into two teams. Gonna play three rounds of 10 minutes to build the best poker hand. Loser of each round does 10 Burpees. Each team draws one card at a time from the deck, does the prescribed reps of that exercise. Once all team members do the reps, they can draw another card. After 10 minutes, completed cards are used to build best 5 card poker hand. Jokers are wild but cost 25 burpees. The faster your team, the more cards you can get.

Finished third round and loser did their 10 burpees just in time to head back to the flag.

Count-a-rama + Name-a-rama

6th Man. Jersey Shore. Through his thick Jersey accent, he told his story of crossing the pond for Chiropractic school and has been stuck with us Yanks every since. Prayers for his Uncle back home (John?) whose health has slipped and family has been told to make final preparations.

Gratitudes: Went around the circle and everyone told something they are grateful for. Lots of good POSITIVE stuff shared in the circle.
