Warm-a-rama

PAXs did a little mosey and circled up in the parking lot. Performed SSHs, weedpickers, copperhead squats, imperial walkers, and michael phelps.

PAXs moseyed to the coupon storage area where someone had taken a large, thick dookie that YHC stepped in, which oozed up onto the side of his new shoes. Q was not happy and suspects Eggplant to be responsible.

The Thang

1 – Circuit

PAX performed 30 squat presses (w/ coupon), 30 merkins, 30 bonnie blairs, and 30 OH presses (w/ coupon) and then ran the loop around the lot. Rinse and repeat 3X, decreasing reps by 5 each round.

2 – Burnouts

PAXs performed coupon curls until failure (no more than 3 seconds rest between reps) and crunchy frogs until failure. R&R 4x.

PAX performed hand release merkins until failure and american hammers until failure. We made it through 1 set before time.
