After having a weekend of temperatures in the mid-upper 60’s, we were treated with a morning in the 30’s.  It was cool and “refreshing”!

We warmed up with Side Straddle Hops, Hillbillies, Weed Pickers, Son Gods and Michael Phelps.  Then we moseyed up to the parking lot by the baseball field.  Each of the pax took turns leading exercises.  I can’t remember all of the order of who led or what they did, but I will do my best to sprinkle in as much as I do recall.

Nesquik – Nipple Scraping Merkins on the bleachers followed by a run around the parking (on one side doing Bernie Sanders) and on the other running forward. Next we did declined Merkins on the bleachers.  Finally, regular Merkins.

Then Honey Pot went with a few exercises with a mosey sprinkled in.  Then Lizard King, then Mouth to Mouth, then Trill and finally BoSox.  “What about GoDaddy” you ask?  Well, GoDaddy entered a vortex of a time shift and arrived in time for the coffeteria thinking he was arriving 5 minutes early.  In actuality, he missed the beat down.  The rest of us thought he was just coming for the coffee – which was freaking awesome!  Thanks Mouth-to-Mouth!  But alas, he was just discombobulated and late.  But we all said, “better late, than never!”  We really believe that we need each other and we would rather have a guy show up late than fade into the gloom and never show up again!
