Moseyed to the killer hill at the Falls of Cherokee where we warmed up in the pool parking lot which wasn’t as level as YHC remembered.

The thang

• Station 1 was at the base of the hill where we did 25 burpees
• Station 2 was at the mailbox up the hill where we did 25 downhill merkins (many modified to Carolina dry docks)
• Station 3 was slightly beyond that at the first split-off road where we did 25 big boy situps

We went back to Station 1 and decreased the count by 5 until we got to zero. then we moseyd back to where the flag is usually planted at River Church. We had an additional 5 minutes to fill so Yoshi led us in more weed pickers, Chicken Fight had us do box cutters, Rocket man decided to be mean and have us do more burpees, YHC had us hold a 60 second squat. And Tenderloin rounded us out with Bonnie Blairs

YHC forgot to bring music so Tenderloin attempted to serenade us at the beginning with I’ll Make A Man Out of You from Mulan.

YHC forgot to include a name-o-rama but still remembered everyone. And I think everyone already knew eachother
