The Thang:

Progression 5 reps to 25 reps with 10 Perfect Form Merkins every 3 minutes on the minute wherever PAX was.

All PAX line up along cones, perform exercise, proceed 15 yards to other lines of cones, perform exercise. 5/5,10/10,15/15,20/20,25/25 of EACH exercise before moving to next round of exercises. Mode of transportation changes between changes.

RD1 = Makhtar N’Diayes, Walking No Surrenders, BBS

RD2 = Squats, Bear Crawls, AM Hammers

RD3 = Carolina Dry Docks, Lunges, Flutter Kicks

RD4 = Monkey Humpers, Airchair Walks, Jay-Lo’s

Mosey over to Litter Box and Partner Up.  Partner 1 Bear Crawls length of VB Court while Partner 2 does Merkins then Jay-Lo’s until Partner 1 is back. R&R with both partners.

Mosey back to Black Hole for Burpicides.  Run Baseline to Baseline with 1 Burpee at each baseline for total of 10.

Mosey to Parking lot for Bataan Death March with last PAX performing 5 Merkins then Indian Run to front until all are done.

Mosey Back to Flag – Circle Up for the song Roxanne by the Police – hold the plank position. Merkins to every Roxanne said and Plank Jack for each Red Light said.

Finish with 2 Mins of Mary led by YHC.  Flutter Kicks, Freddie Mercury, and Planks In Motion.
