Coyotes have been getting a little mouthy around the Rock and it was time to show em what’s up.  Moseyed down to the lower playground.  Warmed up with SSH, week pickers, tumble weeds, sun gods and Michael Phelpses.  Run the Coyote Run: about a half mile loop around the baseball field, down onto the trail in the woods, down the trail, up out of the woods at the next field and back around to the playground.  Coyotes got the message and kept their snouts shut.  Back at the playground: 30 pullups, 60 merkins, 90 squats in whatever order you like.  Hopefully the coyotes didn’t see YHC’s ugly excuses for pullups or they’ll be straight up working the concession stand, playing baseball, and sliding down the slides this time next week.  Ran another Coyote Run and rinse and repeat.  Moseyed back to the flag for a little Mary.  COT and coffeteria.
