Run over and grab some blocks!
Starting at one corner of the parking lot perform 25 Squats with coupon, Over head carry to the next corner and place the block down and run a lap around parking lot to include the hill going out towards the exit of the park. Once back to block perform 25 squats with coupon, 50 Kettle bell swings, Over head carry to next corner and run lap. Once back perform 25 squats with coupon, 50 Kettle bell swings, 75 curls over head carry to the last corner and then run a lap. at blocks perform 25 squats with coupon, 50 Kettle bell swings, 75 curls, and 100 push presses. Return the blocks back and run back to the flag!
