Q.U.A.C.K.E.R.S.

To start the beatdown off right we did a “fifty mile mosey” in cookies n’ cream’s words but we took a break in the middle to do ten to one squats. After the mosey to infinity then we started going Q.U.A.C.K.E.R.S., and this was just the beginning. the acronym Q.U.A.C.K.E.R.S. stood for

Q: Quack squats (300) a squat and a SSH

U: Up downs (250)

A: American hammers (200)

C: Carolina dry docks (200)

K: Knerkins (150)

E: Elder/old man burpees (200) pretty much a squat jump

R: Rosalitas (150)

S: Squats (250)

but it wasn’t as bad as it sounds because it was a partner exercise the other person in the group was bear crawling up a hill.
