YHC found a 4 pushhhh… merkin  routine on Instagram. 3 Diamonds, 3 Regular, 3 Wide and 3 Side-to- side merkins (ask Brad Pitt, he figured them out) Doesn’t sound too tough at the start but PAX did about 10 sets of these and they were a proper amount of suck.

PAX completed a Double Quarter Pounder, heavy on the legs, up and down Mount-Killa-My-Lunga. 25 SSH, 50 Squats, 75 Lunges, and 100 Big boys. Merkin set, as described above, at the bottom of the hill. During routine PAX was quizzed about their loyal site Q, Sega. 10 burpee penalty was issued for incorrect answers.
