It was a perfect morning for running!  The temperature was just right and the rain kept us cool.  It didn’t rain too hard or too little.  It was just right!

Exile stayed back and did yoga, Brady Bunch and The Situation rucked and Maaco, Jack Bauer, Lizard King, Scratch ‘n Sniff, and Nesquik ran to JJ Biello, passed Murph City and back.  While we passed the pax at the Murph, we yelled and taunted them a little.  It was fun!

Prayers were lifted up for Sgt. Slaughter and his family, The Situation’s dad, Nesquik’s parents and for all the Pax and their families during this time.  There seems to be a rise in stress these days and we were just praying for peace.
