Rocket Man led the Rando Warm up.  Did a great job, strong cadence!

1st Random was Sup by accident.  PAX was asked who wanted to lead first. Sup raised his hand, but he was answering a different question. Apparently some one asked who liked beer (no one else heard this question).  So we did lunges across the entire field and butt kickers back.

Random 2 -Dufrene

Mosey to the lower parking lot.  Four rounds, sprint to the next island, complete 25 reps, Bernie Sanders back. 1. Flutter Kicks 2. American Hammers 3. Big boys 4. LBC

Random 3 – Tackleberry

Mosey up to kitty box. Split into 3 groups. AMRAP 1 minute stations: pull ups, dips, swinging derkins.  It was clearly stated at the beginning that we would be completing 3 sets. After 2nd set Pop Up, along with Rug Burn and maybe Ice T tried to hijack the randorama. I had to use my teacher voice to squash the rebellion.

Random 4 – Pop Up

Mosey to Basketball courts.  5 burpees, 5 laps. Circle up toe touches, flutter kicks, American Hammers

Random 5 – Rembrandt

Mosey to Merkin Mountain.  Pole Position (the light post at the end of merkin mt) Bear Crawl up hill, 10 squats, mosey down but move over one spot. Person in pole position moves down to the end. Once first person is back in pole position then we are done. There were 20, so 20 bear crawls and 200 squats.

Random 6 – Ice T

4 corners (of crap)

On the basketball court, lunge the length and bear crawl the width. 1st corner 10 mike tysons, 2nd corner 20 mike tysons, 3rd corner 30 mike tysons, 4th corner 40 mike tysons

I think backdraft might have made it to 2nd round which was the same format but with monkey humpers.
