Rollin’, Rollin’, Rollin’

Though the streams are swollen

Get those doggies rollin’, Rawhide!

Through the wind and weather,

Hell-bent for leather

Wishin’ my gal was by my side!

All the things I’m missin’

Good vittles, love, and kissin’

Are waiting at the end of my ride.

Seven cowpokes met up at the Colosseum for a Rawhide Roundup. We started with moseyin’ out to the parking lot, did some SSH’s, Imperial Walkers, and some Tumbleweed Pickers.

The Thang

We went around the ranch and had four stations, where we did the following exercises at each of the four corners of the ranch:

7 Burpees

14 Four-count Flutter Kicks

21 Merkins

28 Squats

21 LBC’s

14 Lunges (both legs = 1, of course)

7 Shoulder Taps

We ended with a Circle of Trust. We prayed for Careless Whisper’s M, for Doughboy’s grandfather, and Russel, a friend of BailBond.
