What a start to the holiday weekend!  I like the easy BD without a lot of complications.  Quick mosey with some miscellaneous exercises.  I like to call the thang super 11’s.  1 LBC, run across the parking lot and up the hill to Marietta HWY and do 99 monkey humpers.  Rinse and repeat…This little thing went on for about 25 minutes, until I could no longer stand all the complaining and called an audible.  While waiting on the PAX to return, Garfield called for a plank and stretch.   YHC was not done humping said monkey, so decided to get uncomfortably close to Garfield and Panhandle to finish the set.  I must say, Garfield loves a man sandwich.

Second half of the BD we went the long way around to a nice hill and circled back up.  Round of 11’s, copperhead squat at the top of the hill and copperhead merkins at the bottom for time.  Mosey back to the flag for COT and coffeeteria.

Z93 and I have been talking about this for about a month.  Excited to see some growth and new AO’s on this side of town.  Being a southside guy for 2 years, I don’t get to see a lot of the northside guys.  Lots of excellent mumblechatter, laughs, and most important a mix of both north and south.  With all turmoil lately, this is exactly what we needed.  Thank you for the support and we will see you out again soon!
