Lots of stairs today. We started by doing 11s on the stairs, with star jumps on the bottom, Mike Tysonâs on the top. Then we did a loop including the stairs, bear crawl the stage, run up, J Lo at the top, sets of 10 dips on the last tear, back to the stage, repeat five times. Mary on the six, Dan stage jump ups. Repeat until 45 was over
