Start with a mosey to the black hole.

Side straddle hops, mummy kicks, flamingos (everyone’s favorite), Sun Gods, Mike Phelps.

Partner up.  3 rounds of Rock, Paper, Scissors.

Loser of 1st round had to do a “Merkicide”.  5 Merkins at the foul line, half court, other foul line, other baseline.  Winner does regular suicide run.

2nd round – Squaticide

3rd round – Burpeecide

Then to the pavilion…12 Minutes of Christmas

12 stations.  Groups of 3.  Tabata Style. 40 seconds of as many reps as possible, 20 seconds to get to next station.

2 games of water pong:

Classic style but every cup had an exercise and an exercise on the outside.  If a cup was made, the other team had to do that exercise.  If a player misses, 3 rug burn burpees.  Pax did side straddle hops and air presses while waiting to shoot.

Ended with one big game of Rock Paper Scissors.  Loser did 10 Merkins.  Winner plays another winner until there was only one winner… Hottie!!  Winner receives mad respect.
